홍선택 변호사는 성균관대학교 법과대학 및 법학전문대학원을 졸업하였으며, 중앙행정심판위원회와 대한법률구조공단에서 공익법무관으로서 수백건의 민·형사, 가사, 노동, 행정, 집행 등 다양한 분야의 소송과 자문을 성공적으로 수행하였습니다.

이후 다년간 경영권분쟁, 기업 인수합병(M&A) 및 자산양수도(부동산, 주식, 채권 등)에 관련 소송 및 자문에 관한 업무를 주로 수행한 뒤, 2024년 법무법인 정윤에 합류하여 ‘자산 및 기업’에 관한 의뢰인의 목표에 맞춘 다양한 유형의 소송 및 자문 업무를 전략적으로 제공하고 있습니다.

Attorney Seon-taek Hong graduated from Sungkyunkwan University School of Law and its Graduate School of Law. As a public interest attorney at the Central Administrative Appeals Commission and the Korea Legal Aid Corporation, he successfully handled hundreds of cases across civil, criminal, family, labor, administrative, and enforcement matters.

He then spent several years focusing on management disputes, M&A, and asset transfer (real estate, shares, claims, etc.) litigation and advisory work. In 2024 he joined JungYoon Law Firm, where he strategically provides a wide range of litigation and advisory services tailored to clients' goals regarding assets and corporations.
