김준호 변호사는 성균관대학교 법과대학 및 성균관대학교 법학전문대학원을 졸업한 뒤 제5회 변호사시험에 합격하여 2016년 변호사자격을 취득하였습니다.

김준호 변호사는 대한법률구조공단 서울중앙지부에서 다수의 민사, 형사, 행정, 가사 등 소송을 경험한 뒤 법무법인 퍼스트에서 PF금융, 자산유동화(ABS, ABCP, ABSTB, 사모사채 등), 펀드 개발사업 등 다양한 금융자문 및 약정 업무를 수행하여 왔으며, 다수의 국내 증권사, 자산운용사, 은행을 고객으로 한 풍부한 금융자문 경험을 토대로 2024년 법무법인 정윤의 파트너 변호사로 합류하였습니다.

Attorney Jun-ho Kim graduated from Sungkyunkwan University School of Law and its Graduate School of Law, passed the 5th Bar Examination, and was admitted in 2016.

After handling numerous civil, criminal, administrative, and family cases at the Korea Legal Aid Corporation Seoul Central Branch, he worked at First Law Firm on project finance, asset securitization (ABS, ABCP, ABSTB, private placement bonds, etc.), fund development, and other financial advisory and agreement work. Based on his extensive experience advising domestic securities firms, asset managers, and banks, he joined JungYoon Law Firm as a partner in 2024.
