Attorney Han-byul Kim graduated from Ewha Womans University (Department of Communication & Media) and its Graduate School of Law, passed the 7th Bar Examination, and was admitted in 2018. She is a Korean Bar Association-registered finance specialist with experience in project finance, asset securitization (ABS, ABCP, ABSTB, private placement bonds, etc.), funds, and other financial advisory and agreement work.
After working at First Law Firm, she joined K&K Law Office as a partner. She currently handles numerous civil, criminal, and family matters and corporate advisory at JungYoon Law Firm.
