장진영 변호사는 연세대학교 법학과를 졸업하고 Pennsylvania State University 국제관계학 석사 학위를 취득하였습니다.

이후 SK가스, 한국무역협회, 삼정KPMG 경제연구원에서 재직하며 에너지, 물류, 제조업 분야에서 기업 분석 및 경영 자문을 수행하였으며, 변호사 자격증을 취득한 후 재개발·재건축, 건설 소송 등 부동산 관련 사건을 중점적으로 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 부산지방·고등법원, 국방부 군사법원에서 국선변호사로서 활동하며 보이스피싱, 성범죄 및 군 징계사건 등 신속하고 정확한 대응이 필요한 형사 사건을 변호하며 의뢰인의 권리 보호에 앞장서고 있습니다.

Attorney Jin-Young Jang graduated from the Department of Law at Yonsei University and earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Pennsylvania State University.

He previously worked at SK Gas, the Korea International Trade Association, and the Samjong KPMG Economic Research Institute, where he conducted corporate analysis and provided management consulting in the energy, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. After obtaining his license to practice law, he has focused primarily on real estate-related matters, including redevelopment and reconstruction projects, as well as construction litigation. In addition, he serves as a court-appointed public defender at the Busan District Court, the Busan High Court, and the Military Court of the Ministry of National Defense, representing clients in criminal cases that require prompt and precise responses, such as voice phishing, sexual offenses, and military disciplinary cases, while actively protecting clients’ rights.
